OXR Stack is a done-for-you digital infrastructure firm. We provide configuration, implementation, and training services across four platforms: Proton Suite, Google Suite, Meta Suite, and Notion Suite.

OXR Stack offers two primary service tiers — Foundation and Full Stack — as well as individual suite configurations. The scope of each engagement is defined in a Service Agreement signed prior to work beginning. No work commences without a signed agreement and confirmed deposit.
OXR Stack reserves the right to adjust scope where necessary due to platform limitations, third-party access issues, or factors outside our control. Any such changes will be communicated promptly.
Our qualification process begins with a form hosted by Fillout at oxrstack.fillout.com. By submitting this form, you agree to both OXR Stack's Terms and Conditions and Fillout's terms of service.

All engagements require a deposit before work begins. The following payment options are available:
All payments are processed through Stripe. Handoff documentation, credentials, and the IP Package are released only after final payment is confirmed. OXR Stack reserves the right to pause work if payments are not received per the agreed schedule.
For clients on payment plans, OXR Stack maintains administrative control of all configured platforms until final payment is received. Clients receive staged access as each suite milestone is completed. Full ownership transfer — including all credentials, the IP Package, and handoff documentation — occurs only upon final payment clearance.
Clients on full payment receive full access from day one of the engagement. The Notion Suite remains under collaborative access until final payment clears, at which point full admin control and IP Package are transferred to the client.

OXR Stack configures infrastructure across four platforms. By engaging our services, you acknowledge that use of these platforms is also governed by each platform's own terms of service. OXR Stack is not responsible for changes to platform policies, features, or availability.
Proton Mail, Proton Pass, Proton Drive, and Proton VPN. End-to-end encrypted communication and security tools.
Business email, productivity suite, and local business listing. Google's terms govern all Workspace and GBP usage.
Facebook Business Page, Instagram Business Account, and Meta Business Suite. Meta's terms govern all business account activity.
Business operating system, knowledge management, and internal documentation. Notion's terms govern all workspace content and usage.
All payments processed through Stripe. By making a payment, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service.
Our qualification and onboarding form platform. All form submissions are governed by Fillout's terms.
Upon full payment, clients own all custom-built assets delivered by OXR Stack including configured workspaces, documentation, training materials, and SOPs. These are packaged and delivered as the IP Package at handoff.
OXR Stack retains ownership of its internal methodologies, build sequence, templates, systems, and processes used to deliver services. These are proprietary to OXR Stack and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used to offer competing services without written permission.
OXR Stack treats all client information as confidential. We will not share, sell, or disclose your business information, credentials, or project details to any third party without your written consent, except as required by law.
Clients agree to treat any OXR Stack internal materials, pricing, processes, or systems accessed during an engagement as confidential.
OXR Stack warrants that services will be delivered as described in the applicable Service Agreement. Foundation engagements include a 30-day post-handoff support period. Full Stack engagements include a 60-day post-handoff support period.

Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced. If OXR Stack is unable to deliver services as agreed due to circumstances within our control, we will work with you to resolve the issue or provide a partial refund proportional to work not completed. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to contact@oxrstack.com.
For clients on Creative Finance payment plans, a $30 flat late fee applies per missed payment. OXR Stack reserves the right to pause all work and withhold access to configured platforms until outstanding payments and applicable fees are received. Repeated missed payments may result in engagement termination per Section 13.
Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice. If a client terminates mid-engagement, payments made for completed milestones are non-refundable. OXR Stack will deliver completed work upon termination provided all outstanding payments for completed work have been received.
OXR Stack reserves the right to terminate an engagement immediately if a client engages in abusive, fraudulent, or unlawful conduct.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana. Any disputes arising from these terms or from an engagement with OXR Stack shall be resolved in the courts of Indianapolis, Indiana.
OXR Stack may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
